To manage a competition, you need to be granted access to the competition.
Contact one of the French representative and ask them to add you to all the competitions.
This can be done with the following procedure :
Open the FFP website (www.ffp.asso.fr) and navigate to the "Online" menu at the top of the header.
Login using your FFP credentials, you must have an active license for the current year.
Then click on "Results of competitions (V3)" to access the list of available competitions
Then you can select the year and the competition type "Other" or "Autres"
You can then see a list of competitions
Competitions in green are competitions in DRAFT mode, they aren't visible to the public.
Competition with a regular background are published competitions and are available to anyone.
You can then search for the competition you want to share access
Note: You can only share competitions to others if you are yourself an owner of the competition. Elevated access is mentioned with a little pen at the right site of the competition.
Select the competition you want to edit by clicking on the "pen".
This will open a new popup.
(1) Scroll down to "Right of access to this competition" and click to the "+" on the right.
(2) Then search for the user
(3) Click "Ajouter" to add the selected user.
The selected user has now full access to the competition settings, teams, individuals and scores.
When starting a new competition you will need to add teams and competitors to the scoring system.

You can then search or add a new team by using the name.
You can then add the Team number (Optional) and the Team Nation (Required to display Flags in the results by team)
Then you can add Team Members using the "+" icon.
Search for the competitor using the first name and last name (e.g. John Smith), the number displayed at the right is the French Number license, if the competitor doesn't have a french license you can add the competitor by clicking "Create a new person : name"
Then Select the role of the team member:

And then add "Créer un nouvel équipier" to create the Team member.
If the Team member doesn't have a French license, you will have to complete additional information:

First Name (Required)
Date of birth (useful if there is a ranking by age (e.g. Junior or Veteran) (Optional)
Gender (Required)
Note: There is a bug when adding a new competitor where the first and last names will be inverted. Please fix it before adding the new competitor.
Once you've added the first team member, repeat the process to add a second team member.
In this example, the Team members has a French Skydiving license, therefore you will not be asked to add any additional details such as date of birth or gender to add the competitor.
Repeat the same process to add the last team member and click "Ajouter l'équipe" to add the team.

Navigate to the individual ranking page.
You can then click on the "Add a new individual" to add the 3 competitors of the team that we have added in the previous step.
Search the competitor by name (First name and Last name). And click on "Ajouter à l'épreuve" to add the competitor to the individual ranking.
Important: Never select "Create a new Person" on this page.
In the case you have an individual, create first a new team with 2 fake team members (e.g. nobody) and then add the competitor in the individual page from the list.
Add the 2 other competitors from the team.
Once you've added the 3 members of your team, you should see the list of competitors.
Finally you will need to add for each competitor their Country. To do so, click on the name and then select from the drop-down the country.
Tips:
France (FR) is for France

Pays-Bas (NL) is for Netherlands
Allemagne (DE) is for Germany
Note: There is a bug where the country flag is stuck on the french flag. You will need to check the flag on the main page.
Once saved, all country flags will be visible for each competitor.
